When I started Highland Park Painting thirteen years ago, I set out to build the business on two principles that I believe make a company successful.

First, I wanted to offer superior customer service - the kind of service that is not common in the painting business. We return calls promptly. We arrive on time and keep our promises about schedules and costs.

After each and every job we ask our customers to complete a short survey evaluating key aspects of the job. This assures that our customer service and quality stay consistently high.

Second, I wanted to stand behind our work. My goal has always been to develop long-term relationships with our customers, and we have. We find that most of our customers continue to use us for all their painting needs. When we are active in an area for a few years, we often end up painting five to ten houses on the same street. We now have thousands of satisfied customers on our reference list so there is a very good chance you will find someone on it that you know.

By staying committed to these two principles, Highland Park Painting has grown into one of Atlanta's most successful residential painting companies. And as we continue to grow, we will not lose sight of these principles.
