With Customized Home Protection we don’t just paint your house and disappear. We proactively maintain the surfaces we painted for three to five years, and we do it for about the same price as a high quality paint application.

We start by doing great prep work, then we provide a superb paint application including extra preventive measures specifically tailored to your home. We then return every two years to proactively tune-up your paint job. At each two year visit we:
  • thoroughly pressure wash and inspect all painted surfaces,

  • scrape, spot prime and repaint any peeling areas,
    		•
  • recaulk trim and repaint windows where needed, and
    		•
  • inspect for and report on any wood deterioration.
